1.⁠ ⁠Arrange site inspections and entertainment related to his/her responsibilities
 2.⁠ ⁠Develops and maintains the potential client’s database and ensure proper documentation of accounts activities
 3.⁠ ⁠To respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
 4.⁠ ⁠To set up appointments and make telemarketing and site inspections to all existing and potential accounts.
 5.⁠ ⁠To entertain decision makers of accounts in the F&B outlets of the hotel and to take part in promotional activities with them.
 6.⁠ ⁠Maintains high level of exposure in the hotel through direct sales solicitations, telephone contacts and written communications
 7.⁠ ⁠Establishes and maintains effective employee relations
 8.⁠ ⁠Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
 9.⁠ ⁠Establishes and monitors a monthly events report
10.⁠ ⁠Attends at the start of functions related to accounts handled
11.⁠ ⁠Interacts and liaise closely with Front Office, Reservations, Food & Beverage and C&B Departments
12.⁠ ⁠Constant follow-up on tentative/ request events to secure confirmation
