Four student-alumni meetings have already taken place since the beginning of the month, offering valuable discussions and memorable moments when our alumni share their career experiences, current roles and their career ambitions.
- Friday 8 October - With Axel Beauvais (2019), Project Manager - Head of Development France Accor, and Paul Gallant (2019), Entrepreneur in the hotel and restaurant industry who acquired an old building in Villard-Reculas, a charming little ski resort connected to Alpes d'Huez, to run a 50-seat restaurant and offer a dozen bedrooms.
- Tuesday 12 October - With Panuvit Khaokaew (2020) who represented Thailand at the 2021 Bocuse d'Or Competition.
- Wednesday 13 October - With Elisa Robert (2019), Chef de partie rotating between pastry and hot dishes at La Taupinière restaurant in Pont Aven (Brittany).
- Monday 18 October - With Jean-François Têtedoie (2012) and Lemmy Brou (2012), co-founders and managers of Café Terroir in Lyon's 2nd district, who presented one of their signature recipes: "Roasted Pistachio Sausage with Red Wine Sauce and Glazed Leafy Vegetables".
