Before the start of each academic year, you’ll need to anticipate finding accommodation, whether it be in our Le Clipper student residence or those on the Lyon Ouest Campus, in a studio or flat, in a room in private housing, or in shared accommodation.
We strongly recommend that you move as close as possible to the Campus, especially during your first year of study. To help you select somewhere to live, we can offer you several solutions:

DID YOU KNOW?
Garantie "Visale” is a free security deposit solution for students offered by the national "Action Logement” association. Security deposits are mandatory in France, which means this initiative makes it easier for students aged under 30 to access housing.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When signing the lease:
- Never pay money before signing a rental agreement. For each amount paid, ask for a receipt specifying the nature and the full amount of the transaction.
- Electricity, rental charges, water, heating, gas ... are generally not included in the rent. Find out before signing your agreement!
