Wednesday 30 June was an emotional day marked by the discreet departure of Hervé Fleury - Vice President of the school, General Delegate of the Gilles & Gérard Pélisson Foundation and previously Director General of Institut Paul Bocuse from 1998 to 2015.
A fervent defender of the French art of living, he will have left his mark on the spirit of our school through his values: sharing - generosity - excellence - ethics. Everyone will remember his energy and his devotion in carrying out his duties. Let us wish him a happy retirement and success in all his future projects!
