You are part of the graduates registered (via the Google Forms sent in the spring) for the Great Graduation Ceremony on October 29th and we can't wait to see you!
Here's the event page where you can definitely pick up your tickets for this evening event, for you and your loved ones!
This year, your Graduation will take place at L'amphithéâtre 3000 - Centre des Congrès - Cité internationale (80 Quai Charles de Gaulle, 69006 Lyon).
Schedule of your day :
▶ In the morning, you are expected at the Paul Bocuse Institute (Chateau du Vivier) to start your day (please refer to the schedule sent by email)
▶ Reception will begin at 2pm, for a ceremony start at 3pm 🥳
▶ At 6pm, we will have the pleasure of welcoming you for a cocktail reception 🍹
▶ Starting at 10:30pm, you can, if you wish, continue the evening by participating in the "Graduation party" by purchasing a ticket here (Password : RDDIPB2022)
REMINDER #1: only graduates pre-registered via Google Forms (pre-registration closed at the end of July) will be able to collect their tickets
REMINDER #2 : You can reserve up to 3 seats (Your graduate seat + 2 guest seats)
As you must have read in the email sent to you this 8/09/2022, we have set up a "seat swap" area for graduates not using one or all of their guest seats.
⚠ Please stay within reason and allow those who want ONE extra seat to have it (for the moment).
REMINDER #3: Students not registered (with former google form) are not part of this seat swap!
