Inappropriate behaviour: understanding and addressing it
Since last week, awareness-raising sessions on inappropriate behaviour have been organised for each class and co-facilitated by the International Institute for Human Crisis Management - Crise Up. They will also be extended to support staff and professors in the future.
These awareness-raising sessions reflect our strong commitment to dealing with this issue, which we have stepped up in recent years to condemn all forms of discrimination, whether it be racism, homophobia, harassment or sexism, as well as any form of aggressive behaviour within our teams or among the external professionals you come into contact with.
Freedom of speech, no taboos, no judgement. A project to draw up a charter for "working well" together is also being developed and will be signed by all employees and students as an appendix to their learning or employment contract.
If you feel uncomfortable about a situation, do not hesitate to contact your class advisor, your academic supervisor, your talent manager, the Campus team or our well-being partners (contacts available here). Talking is the key if you are faced with a complicated, embarrassing or violent situation, whether it is between students, between a student and a teacher or during the internship period. And whether you are a victim or a witness.
