Covid-19: travel offer and health measures on the TCL network

In the current health context, exceptional measures have been taken for 18 to 27-year-old subscribers (who have purchased an annual travel pass).

Please note that these measures do not apply to "unlimited monthly" direct debit subscriptions, nor to monthly subscriptions.

• Subscribers who have purchased an annual travel pass for 18-25 or 26-27 year olds at €325 (12 months paid in one instalment) can request to cancel their pass free of charge.  The cancellation will be effective on the last day of the month of the request and the remaining months will be refunded.

For all requests made before 14 March 2021, the month of March will also be refunded with immediate cancellation of the subscription.

• Students on a bursary or benefiting from emergency financial aid from the CROUS or the AuRA Region, who have purchased an annual subscription for 18-25 or 26-27 year olds at €325 (12 months paid in one instalment) are entitled to request reimbursement for the months of January and February 2021
