The new batch of students on the MSc in International Hospitality Management had a great start to the new academic year!
The Master of Science in International Hospitality Management programme, which has been developed in partnership with emlyon Business School since 2014, is once again on an upward trend this year. A promising class of 80 students started the new academic year on 21 September at emlyon and on 23 September at the Institute. 40 of them are HR4 students who are continuing their studies, passing on to the new arrivals the values of the Institute and the knowledge they have already acquired in the world of hospitality business.
The induction programme was full of happy and fun moments designed to help the class get to know each other. The good weather gave these events a special touch as the activities took place outdoors. This year, it was Lily, the Lyon improvisation league, which performed at the Institute. There was a lot of laughter and good humour during the exercises organised for the students. A novel and very effective way to get to know each other by breaking the ice. A cocktail party in the Nomos gardens brought this first day at the Institute to a magnificent close!
Now it's time to focus on the first semester's project and the courses that will take place both on the emlyon business school and on the Institutes’ campuses. We wish them every success and an excellent academic year!
PS: please do not hesitate to come and meet the MIHM students as they will only be on site until December!
