The "Instants Alumni" (Alumni Moments), are starting again!
On Tuesday 28 September, it was with great emotion that two alumni of the Bachelor in International Culinary Arts Management returned to the school to meet 2nd year students:
- Andrés Sandoval (2019) - Chef and founder of the restaurant Canaima in Lyon’s 1st District, was invited by the Corporate Relations team to give a "Chef's Workshop" cooking demonstration in the amphitheatre, presenting two recipes from his menu: a prawn tartar and a tropical ceviche.
- Hrishikesh DESAI (2002) - Executive Chef at the Gilpin Hotel (UK), returned to campus 20 years after graduating... An emotional reunion with Eléonore Vial and the opportunity to talk to the class about his career, his first Michelin star, his management style and his top tips for success.
What they all have in common is an overwhelming passion for gourmet food and spices!
Thank you for this wonderful sharing of culinary knowledge and techniques. All the members of the Institut Paul Bocuse community were delighted to see you!
