A quick and easy recipe that will allow you to eat spinach in a gourmet style! This tart can be eaten hot or cold, at lunchtime or in the evening. It is best served with a salad of raw vegetables, seasoned with an oil-based dressing rich in cardioprotective fatty acids: walnut oil, hazelnut oil, sesame oil, etc.
This recipe will provide you with fibre (thanks to the spinach and oatmeal), protein (provided by the cheese and eggs) and also numerous minerals and vitamins (contained in the spinach, among others).
If you want to take full advantage of the benefits of spinach, it is advisable to eat it as fresh as possible and preferably raw, in a salad for example!
