- Starchy foods (quinoa)
- Fruit and vegetables (nectarines and rocket)
- Protein (dry cured ham)
- Dairy products (goat's cheese)
- And finally, healthy fats! (olive oil)

 Now it's just up to you to use each of these food categories to create a multitude of varied and tasty salads!
