Lentils and chocolate in the same dish? Yes, it's possible!

In this chocolate fondant recipe, lentils replace the flour and give a very pleasant taste and texture, try it and see!

In addition to the novelty of this cake, lentils have real nutritional benefits, and will provide many more nutrients than, for example, conventional wheat flour. Lentils belong to the legume family (also called pulses) and contain a significant amount of fibre, vegetable protein, complex carbohydrates as well as vitamins and minerals.

It is not without reason that the PNNS (National Nutrition and Health Programme) recommends eating at least two portions of pulses per week, so why not add them to a chocolate fondant? It might surprise quite a few people...
