Congratulations to Katherine Veres and Antoine Hureau, Food Service students, finished 4th in the Frédéric Delair Trophy

On Thursday 7 April, Katherine Veres and Antoine Hureau, both 1st year Bachelor International Food Service Management students, took part in the 5th edition of the Frédéric Delair National Trophy at the Ecole Hôtelière de Paris - CFA Médéric.

This was a national competition for food service and table decorations, organised by the Frédéric Delair association, with the support of the French Ministry of Education.

They performed brilliantly in the 6 tests based on the following themes: 

- etiquette
- table settings
- coffee ritual
- bread & cheese
- service and presentation of a wine
- cutting and plate service
 - flambéing a crêpe

Katherine and Antoine finished 4th in the competition, accompanied by Philippe Rispal, their mentor, who praised their excellent performance which was full of elegance and professionalism.
