Philippe Rispal - Head of ‘Arts de la Table’ at Institut Paul Bocuse - has won two awards in recent weeks.

Starting with his official appointment into the ‘Toques Blanches Lyonnaises’ as the first ever representative of the food service professions. Championed by two leading chefs who are members of the association, Joseph Viola and Alain Le Cossec, it is with great honour and pride that he received this prestigious medal.

And, not forgetting Gaétan Bouvier - Sommelier at the Saisons restaurant, appointed into the first generation of sommeliers in the ‘Toques Blanches Lyonnaises’.

Then, it was off to Paris for Philippe Rispal, who attended the General Assembly of the ‘Ô Service des talents de demain’ Associaion, where he received the "Prix de la Transmission". He dedicated this prize, which touches on his very vocation at Institut Paul Bocuse, to his team at the ‘Arts de la Table’ department, made up of the Maitres d'hôtel: Bernard Ricolleau, Alain Dauvergne, Paul Dalrymple, Marion Dray, Marine Chesnaud, Xavier Loizeil, Benjamin Nesme and Fanélie Croizat.
