On 12 and 13 April, Chef Sébastien Charretier from Institut Paul Bocuse Continuing Education, and his partner Gauthier Hille, Catering Chef and Founder of Hille Traiteur, won the Gold Trophy, awarded by the ‘Confédération Nationale des Charcutiers Traiteurs’ (CNCT), during the national selection for the International Catering Cup.
We look forward to January 2023 at Sirha, where the duo will represent France in this 8th edition!
