Congratulations to Mathis Ackermann, 2nd year Culinary Arts student, wins the BLEU-BLANC-CŒUR competition

Last week, Institut Paul Bocuse hosted the internal culinary competition promoting the products of the BLEU-BLANC-CŒUR sector. 

This challenge, organised under the leadership of Chef Olivier Pons and Nicolas Tête - Dietician & Professor of Nutrition at Institut Paul Bocuse, promotes high quality products that are part of the future of our industry and more responsible.

Congratulations to Mathis Ackermann who won 1st place with his recipe "Pork in its Milky Way", as well as to the other four competitors, who were also awarded by the jury.
